Achieving the Business Objectives for the Location and meet the value, volume and channel productivity metrics. Generation of revenues through sales of CASA, Assets, TFX and Third-Party Products like Insurance, General Insurance etc. through branch channel Leading Branch Managers, Operation Team and Mentoring of Sales Teams. Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers. Regulatory Compliance. Manpower Planning • RM & RO channel productivity improvement. Driving Service Quality parameters across span. Manage productivity morale of branch personnel. Establishing standards and delivery of customer service Job Requirements.
