Scope of the Role

Drive achievement of business targets across the cluster including CASA, retail assets, third-party products (insurance, mutual funds, etc.), and fee-based income .Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities across all customer segments .Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop localized strategies for business growth Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Branch Managers and their staff to ensure high performance and accountability

Job Description

>   Achieving the Business Objectives for the Area and meet the value, volume and channel productivity metrics.

>   Generation of revenues through sales of CASA, Assets, TFX and Third Party Products like Insurance, General Insurance etc. through branch channel 

>   Leading Branch Managers, Operation Team and Mentoring of Sales Teams.

>   Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers.

>    Regulatory Compliance.

>   Manpower Planning • RM & RO channel productivity improvement .

>   Driving Service Quality parameters across span.

>  Manage productivity morale of branch personnel.

>  Establishing standards and delivery of customer service Job Requirements.
