Scope of the Role

Area Head is responsible for managing the premium banking segment clients of the assigned territory with a team of Relationship managers ( Sr. Managers or Avp Grade RMs) . Manage the team to drive overall revenues and P&L of the assigned area.

Job Description

1)     To handle a team of 12 to 15 Relationship Managers catered across different branches in Chennai City.

2)    Enhancing engagement of High Net Worth customers through joint meetings.

3)    Ensuring Sales across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Mutual funds, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, and online trading etc. and achieving the business targets.

4)     Lead the overall P&L for the assigned region.

5)    To ensure maintenance of updated Relationship File. Achievement of Relationship Manager targets.

6)    Monitoring quality sales and processes in the Relationship Managers portfolio and activities.

7)    Recruitment and training of Relationship Manager Team. Ensuring the Income target of the Relationship manager Portfolio and initiating thrust on Cross sell.

Ideal Candidates

Preferring candidates with at least 15 years plus experience in wealth management of premium clients . Preferably people who is handling a unit of RMS with banks or wealth management companies. Candidates should be locally experienced with good base.
