An Area Head – Wealth Banking oversees the region wealth business. driving acquisition, service excellence, and revenue growth within the affluent customer segment with the help of a pool of relationship managers They ensure compliance, manage team performance, and strengthen premium client relationships across the assigned region.
Job Description
· Lead and manage the region , driving acquisition of high-net-worth clients and deepening existing relationships.
· Achieve area-level revenue, CASA, and cross-sell targets through strategic planning, performance monitoring, and team coaching.
· Ensure superior customer experience by enforcing service standards, resolving escalations, and strengthening portfolio quality.
· Collaborate with product, operations, and credit teams to deliver customized wealth and banking solutions to premium clients.
· Implement compliance norms, audit readiness, and risk controls across all branches while mentoring Relationship Managers for growth and productivity.
