Scope of the Role

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive insurance product sales through bank channels .Align insurance sales objectives with both bank and insurer goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategy.

Job Description

Develop and implement area-level bancassurance sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Bancassurance Sales Managers/Officers across assigned bank branches.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank leadership (e.g., Branch Managers, Cluster Heads) in the region.

Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline tracking, and performance evaluations.

Ensure effective training and development of both internal sales team and bank staff on insurance products and sales practices.

Identify sales opportunities and implement campaigns to increase product penetration and customer engagement.

Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and company policies regarding insurance sales.

Address and resolve operational issues, customer escalations, or partner concerns in coordination with internal departments.

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategy and tactical decisions.

Ideal Candidates

Candidates with 10+ years of experience in Life insurance preferably with experience in bancassurance channel leading any bank channel. Looking applicants from those who has excellent tracker record with previous companies.
