Scope of the Role
As a Area Sales Manager for affordable home loans you will be responsible for a leading a team of relationship managers to drive sales volumes for sourcing affordable home loans, LAP products through DSAs, channels, branches, ensuring high quality portfolios.
Job Description
1) Lead, motivate, and manage a team of relationship managers and executives to achieve monthly loan sanction and disbursement targets. 2) Drive sales through internal channels (Branch Banking referrals) and external channels (Direct Sales Associates/DSA, Builders). 3) Acquire new to bank customers in the affordable housing segment, handle High Net-worth Individual (HNI) clients, and manage customer satisfaction. 4) Ensure compliance with all business practices, manage portfolio quality, and monitor turnaround time (TAT) from login to disbursement. 5) Work closely with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth processing of loans.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for candidtes having minimum 9 years experience in homeloans / affordable home loans , LAP or mortgage loans with a team handling experience of at least 3 year considered for the role.
