Area Sales Manager | Business Loans ( DSA Vertical )

Scope of the Role

Area sales manager is responsible to ensure the productivity of the sales managers . To generate Business Loan business and to achieve on monthly basis benchmark targets and meet SM productivity norms set basis Grade/Band. 

Job Description

1)     Responsible for the productivity of Sales Managers.

2)     Increase the overall business productivity by appointing new DSAs and efficient managing of existing DSAs.

3)     Plan & Execute the strategies to increase the business volume.

4)     Closely work with support functions for optimum TAT and Service delivery.

5)     Coordinate with credit and operations for the sanctioning and disbursement of files.

6)     Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets.

7)    Working as a team in co-ordinations with Credit Policy & operations for better functioning of the system.

Ideal Candidates

Ideal candidate should be aged less than 34 having min of 8 years experience in business loans or personal loans sales through DSA networks with any banks to NBFCs.
