Scope of the Role
The Director – Wealth Relationship manager is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients. This role focuses on delivering sophisticated wealth management and advisory solutions, driving asset growth, and providing strategic leadership in client relationship management while upholding the bank’s risk, compliance, and governance standards.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of UHNW and HNW clients with complex wealth structures. Act as the primary trusted advisor to clients and their families. Develop long-term relationships across generations through tailored wealth strategies. Acquire new UHNW/HNW clients through referrals, personal networks, and strategic partnerships. Achieve and exceed targets for AUM growth, revenue, and profitability. Identify cross-border and multi-jurisdictional business opportunities. Deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions including: Discretionary and advisory portfolio management Structured products and capital markets solutions Credit and lending (Lombard loans, mortgages) Alternative investments and private markets
Ideal Candidates
Required Qualifications & Experience 10–15+ years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management. Strong track record managing UHNW clients and large AUM portfolios. Proven success in new client acquisition and revenue generation. Deep understanding of global financial markets and investment products.
