• Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer base and profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
• Managing the branch staff and providing guidance and support.
• Monitoring and evaluating branch performance and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and other stakeholders.

• Identifying and resolving customer complaints and queries.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the branch.
• Monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Ideal Candidates
Looking for a well-experienced Branch Manager with a minimum 2yrs of vintage in the current organisation. A skilled banker heading any retail banking vertical with proven experience and confidence in heading a large branch can apply.
