Job Description
Key Responsibilities ● Lead technical development, enhancements, and maintenance activities for the Wealth Platform. ● Work closely with business, product, and support teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ● Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers working on backend services built using Spring Boot. ● Oversee and review the development of web modules using Next.js and React, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines. ● Supervise and support mobile application development in Flutter, offering direction and clarifications to the development team. ● Have a basic understanding and minimal experience with PostgreSQL. ● Coordinate AWS VPN–based deployments, CI/CD processes, and environment setups. ● Ensure best practices for coding standards, security, performance, and documentation. ● Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across modules.
Ideal Candidates
The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Wealth Management platforms. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead with strong experience in Wealth Management platforms. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise across backend, web, mobile, and database technologies, along with hands-on experience in AWS based deployment models. This role requires a technically strong professional capable of driving development, solutioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth end-to-end support for wealth platform applications.
