Scope of the Role
As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales of all banking products through cold calls or by conducting marketing activities or campaigns, meeting the assigned target by building and maintaining strong customer relationship.
Job Description
1) Identifying and targeting the potential prospects in the market, sourcing all the banking products. 2) Developing and implementing the sales strategies to meet up the goals and objectives of the company. 3) Having indepth knowledge of the products and services. 4) Building strong rapport with clients to ensure retention and exploring opportunities for cross selling and upselling. 5) Maintaining accurate daily sales reports (DSR) in CRM systems while adhering to strict regulatory guidelines like KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering).
Ideal Candidates
Graduates with excellent communication skills, passionate to do sales, having minimum 2 years experience in sales of banking products will be an ideal fitment.
