To head the retail branch. Spearhead sales ensuring profitability, business development and growth of the retail business of the branch and provide leadership in operations, compliance and administrative functions.
Job Description
- Implement plans and strategies to ensure the liability business of the branch
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance and develop plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, operations and policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Area mapping to be done to know the customer requirements
- Provide guidance and support for the staff members to achieve their targets
Ideal Candidates
Looking for Candidates currently working as BM or BSM can be an ideal fitment. Team handling experience and client base in current location and understanding on banking regulations and policies will be an added advantage.
