Job Description
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and revenue. Monitor and analyze branch performance and develop plans to improve efficiency and profitability. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, operations and policies. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff. Monitor and manage branch budgets. Develop and implement customer service initiatives. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the branch. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities. Area mapping to be done to know the customer requirements
Ideal Candidates
Looking for Candidates with good Vintage and 10 Plus years of Experience in Retail Branch Banking of which 2 plus as Branch Manager .
