Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall Functioning of the Branch , provide excellent customer service, managing the branch operations, and ensuring the branch meets its financial goals
Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance and develop plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, operations and policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff.
- Monitor and manage branch budgets.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the branch.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Area mapping to be done to know the customer requirements

Looking for Candidates with good Experience in Retail Branch Banking as Branch Head ,Operations Head or Senior Relationship Manager with good Vintage in current organization.
