As Branch Manager of a leading bank, you will be responsible for the overall success of the retail branch. You will be a leader, motivating and inspiring your team to reach their full potential. Heading the branch of a leading bank on the above said locations, Manage the entire sales, operations and compliance requirement of the branch.
Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance and develop plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, operations and policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff.
- Monitor and manage branch budgets.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the branch.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Area mapping to be done to know the customer requirements
Ideal Candidates
We are looking for a Branch Manager with good experience in Retail branch banking as BM. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2years of experience in current organization. The successful candidate should also have a strong understanding of banking regulations and procedures, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
