Job Description
- Implement plans and strategies to ensure the liability bsuiness of the branch.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and revenue.
- Monitor and analyse branch performance and develop plans to improve effiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations,operations and policies.
- Develop and maintain relatioships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives.
- Analyze customer data to identify trendsand opportunities.
- Area mapping to be done to know the customer requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to the staff members to achieve their targets.
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role within banking industry, having sound knowledge in banking operations, products & services with strong communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skills.
