Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of the retail branch banking, including customer service, sales, and financial transactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance and develop plans to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff.
- Monitor and manage branch budgets.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives.
- Identify and resolve customer service issues.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for Candidates from leading banks only with good Vintage and 10 Plus years of Experience in Retail Branch Banking of which 3+ Years Exp in Team handling role from Banking Industry.
