Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance and develop plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, operations and policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff.
- Monitor and manage branch budgets.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the branch.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Area mapping to be done to know the customer requirements
Ideal Candidates
Looking for Candidates with good Vintage and 10 Plus years of Experience in Retail Branch Banking of which 2 plus as Branch Manager .
