Scope of the Role
Responsible for acquiring and managing franchise partners for a leading brokerage firm, while providing ongoing training and support to help them achieve targeted online revenue and assets under management (AUM).
Job Description
> Drove acquisition of new franchise partners through sustained B2B sales initiatives, expanding the firm’s distribution network and market reach.
> Led end-to-end onboarding and development of Wealth Partners, ensuring rapid activation, productivity, and long-term engagement.
> Executed B2B sales via channel partners across a
comprehensive suite of financial products, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs,
Structured Products, Bonds, NCDs, IPOs, and Life & General Insurance.
> Activated and scaled franchise partner performance through regular product training, market updates, and knowledge-building sessions, enabling partners to build substantial AUM across multiple asset classes.
Ideal Candidates
Candidates with strong exposure to Broking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management Centers are preferred. Experience in franchise management is highly desirable. Candidates with a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in either B2B or B2C roles may also be considered.
