Scope of the Role
As a Business Development Officer (BDO) for Retail Liability, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our retail business. You will be the face of the company, engaging with customers and partners to identify new opportunities and build relationships. You will be a creative problem solver, developing innovative solutions to help our retail business reach its goals. You will be a team player, working closely with other departments to ensure our retail business is successful. With your enthusiasm and drive, you will be the key to our retail business success.
Job Description
1) Develop and implement strategies to increase retail liability sales.
2) Analyze customer data to identify potential sales opportunities.
3) Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the retail industry.
4) Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of retail liability products and services.
5) Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the retail industry.
6) Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote retail liability products and services.
7) Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
8) Provide technical advice and support to customers.
9) Prepare and present reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
10) Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
11) Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
Ideal Candidates
