Scope of the Role
Responsible for handling 25 branches in the region. As the Branch Banking Leader, you will be responsible for both Liabilities & Assets P&L, and overseeing the performance, operational efficiency, and sales strategy of multiple bank branches within a defined geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Performance: Develop and execute strategies to meet targets for liabilities (deposits), assets (loans), and revenue growth.
- Branch Operations Management: Oversee the smooth functioning, profitability, and cost optimization of all branches within the cluster.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Branch Managers, ensuring a high-performance culture and appropriate training.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance, managing risks across the cluster.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high customer service standards, deepen relationships with clients, and resolve escalations.
