Scope of the Role

Handle a team of Sales Managers , Key account managers and Sales officers for managing the corporate salary business. Support the team to acquire new clients and manage the existing clients for corporate salary vertical

Job Description

·        Recruiting, train and manage the team for delivery of business and quality numbers.

·        Managing quality parameters on acquisition of corporates customers.

·        Drive growth in corporate salary portfolio by acquiring strategic accounts and deepening relationships with existing corporates.

·        Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring of key parameters (profitability, ticket size, competitor metrics) across corporate accounts/segments and undertake course correction decisions.

·        Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the business and ensure the adherence to internal/regulatory compliances in all activities.


Ideal Candidates

Candidates with at least 10 + years of experience in Corporate salary vertical with 2 to 3 years of experience in handling a sales unit.
