The role includes handling franchise relationships, business development, partner activation, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Job Description
Manage and support franchise partners across the cluster Drive AUM, revenue growth, and client acquisition Promote wealth products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, and Equity Services Conduct regular business reviews and resolve operational issues Support onboarding and activation of new franchise partners Identify local business expansion opportunities
Ideal Candidates
8–15 years in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Franchise Sales Experience in channel/franchise management preferred Strong understanding of investment and wealth products Skills
