Scope of the Role
Responsible for the complete Wealth business of the State. manager with the team of Cluster Head's and their RM's. Responsible for portfolio management, wealth allocation, service & Compliance.
Job Description
1) The Cluster Head will be responsible for handling team thereby helping and coordinating with them for acquiring HNI clients (Affluent & Super Affluent).
2) Spearhead the activities of the team on wealth advisory , cross sell and income generation for RMs and Area Heads.
3) Support the team to track the new client acquisition and increasing the wallet share by cross selling.
4) Co ordinate with the research team to provide best in class research recommendations as per the clients risk appetite.
5) Conduct presentations ,seminars workshops and other business development activities.
6) Cluster heads are responsible for hiring and training and developing RMs and area heads.
7) Close monitoring on each stage of client onboarding ,recommendations and cross sell.
8) Rest assure that the entire units are strictly adhere to the various policies by the governing bodies times to time.
9) Provide proper directions for the entire unit for the smooth functioning of the assigned targets.
10) Analyse the market trends and competition to identify the opportunities and threats.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for ppl with Minimum 10 Plus yrs in handling HNI Relationship, Sales & Financial Planning of HNI Clients from BFSI sector with good business / market knowledge. Having experience of handling HNI Client Acquisitions and Relationship Management & services. Must have at least 3 years plus team handling exposure on the above said domains.
