Scope of the Role
The incumbent will lead the Elite Bankers in the region to achieve defined business objectives. The role entails managing the Elite Banker channel, driving mobile banking adoption and usage, and engaging customers across multiple product lines including Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Trade Forex, Wealth, Insurance, and Cross Sell products. The role aims to enhance CASA value, deepen existing customer relationships, and acquire high quality NTBs. A strong understanding of banking and investment products is essential.
