Cluster Head will be responsible for managing a team of branch banking professionals , will be the go-to person for all branch banking related matters and will be responsible for ensuring that all branches are running smoothly and efficiently. Cluster Head will be the driving force behind the success of the branch banking team and will be instrumental in helping them reach their goals.
Job Description
- Responsible for managing and growing the retail banking business within a cluster.
- Managing a largest business unit include branch heads, operations heads and relationship team.
- Responsible for the whole profit and loss of the assigned territory.
- provide quality leadership, encouragement, and guidance to all assigned personnel.
- Taking various initiatives for increasing customer penetration for sales.
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
- .Managing customer-centric banking operations, forwarding customer instructions to the concerned department & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
