Scope of the Role
Manage the entire customer service support activities has to deliver as per the JD. Responsible to manage the entire clients queries, support their transactions ..etc.
Job Description
1) Responsible for transaction acceptance and banking of instruments.
2) Attending to walk-in investors / distributors.
3) Coordination with local RTA / Banks.
4) Dispatch of redemption instruments and account statements.
5) Prepare Daily transaction Reports and handle all necessary activities related to DTR.
6) Wok closely with sales, marketing and operations for all issues related to customer
service for existing products and also for launch of new products.
7) Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and requirements.
Ideal Candidates
1) Excellent communication and listening skills
2) Knowledge of financial products
3) Basic understanding of registry operations
4) Excellent inter personal, relationship management skills.
