1. Fluent in Hindi,Tamil and English, able to effectively communicate with customers. 2. Highly skilled in providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner. 3. Proficient in using customer support software and tools to manage and track customer inquiries. 4. Possesses strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet to find solutions. 5. Knowledgeable about company products and services, able to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Experienced in handling high call volumes and managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. 7. Empathetic and patient, able to handle difficult or upset customers with professionalism and understanding. 8. Skilled in de-escalating tense situations and finding resolutions that satisfy both the customer and the company. 9. Able to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with other customer support executives to provide the best service possible. 10. Detail-oriented and organized, able to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions. 11. Proactive in identifying and addressing potential customer issues before they escalate. 12.
