Responsible for the complete Legal affairs of the organization. Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising internal stakeholders, along with negotiating with external counterparts, on a variety of commercial agreements, including third party agreements, operations agreements, services agreements, partnerships, and marketing agreements.

Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising internal stakeholders, along with negotiating with external counterparts, on a variety of commercial agreements, including third party agreements, operations agreements, services agreements, partnerships, and marketing agreements.
Identifying and consulting on legal risks in connection with the development of new products in existing or new business set up.
Proactive risk and legal compliance identification and providing solutions on it.
Helping to interpret and monitor changes to regulatory guidelines while proactively handling regulatory developments and advising internal stakeholders.
Liaising with specialist external counsel in relation to original new products, expansion into new market verticals and areas relating to compliance, privacy, or security.
Developing and implementing processes for efficient and streamlined operations surrounding contract negotiation and processes.
Developing and maintaining form agreements, contract management systems, and other databases
Liaising with Police / Investigating Authorities relating to legal matters of the Company.
Providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in the business functions.
Serving as lead counsel on strategic deals, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
Driving all ongoing compliance review processes, including necessary filings, policies, and procedures
Providing time-sensitive support on a wide array of legal inquiries in connection with all aspects of company’s operations.
Maintaining interpersonal relations with the advocates, lawyers, senior counsels, and consultancy firms handling cases of the Nitesh Group.
Keeping legal data and information up to date as per the case hearings and representing legal processes, development and its implications to top management/board as required.
Managing Legal policies and processes as per the business requirements.
Conducting research on specific matters.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for well experienced Legal Head from any industry other than IT. Minimum 20yrs of experience is mandatory.
