Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients (often high-net-worth individuals), acting as their trusted financial advisor. Financial Planning & Goal Setting: Understand clients' unique financial situations, objectives, risk tolerance, and goals through in-depth discussions. Portfolio Management: Design, implement, and actively manage diversified investment portfolios, including asset allocation across different classes (equities, bonds, real estate). Investment Advice & Execution: Offer personalized investment recommendations, conduct market research, analyze financial assets, and execute trades (buying/selling securities). Performance Monitoring: Continuously track portfolio performance, provide regular updates, and rebalance investments as needed. Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients, expanding the client base through networking and presentations. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all activities adhere to banking policies, fiduciary duties, and financial regulations (like SEC, FINRA) while identifying and mitigating investment risks. Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various financial products, market trends, and economic factors.
