Scope of the Role
The Key Accounts Manager for Corporate Salary Profile is responsible for acquiring new NTB companies, onboarding salary accounts, and cross-selling products. The role involves developing markets for salary products in assigned locations and planning activities to generate new leads. The KAM will cultivate new ideas based on customer needs to promote and close salary account products.
Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities Leading a team of Salary RMs, ensuring high RM productivity. Empanelling new corporates for salary accounts, using leads generated from internal client base and external sources. Use means like visits, follow-ups, submission of proposals, presentation etc for closure. Ensuring the quality of corporate tie-ups and accounts sourced, in terms of the number of senior management accounts, balance growth and profitability. Sourcing salary accounts of employees from already empanelled corporates Revenue from cross-sell is met. Monitoring and ensuring that salary credits are routed through the accounts opened by us. Organizing service camps in corporates and cross-selling other non-banking products and asset products as indicated in the KPIs. Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team to support corporate empanelment activities. Ensuring compliance with operational risk and rigour requirements, including Health & Safety standards, security of premises, KYC, and anti-money laundering measures. Establishing Federal Bank as a leading Corporate Salary provider in the allotted geography and conducting frequent competitor analysis to ensure the bank’s product suite is competitive. Collaborating with other business units to ensure team objectives are met and maintaining team harmony and unity.
