Scope of the Role
A National Sales Head for Tractor Finance is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth, managing nationwide sales teams, building dealer/broker relationships, and overseeing the quality of the loan portfolio. They are tasked with achieving ambitious sales targets, developing strategies to increase market share in the agricultural vehicle finance sector, and managing credit risk to ensure healthy collections.
Job Description
Key deliverables
- Define and execute a national strategy for new and used tractor financing, aligned with rural and agri-lending objectives.
- Drive AUM growth, disbursement volumes, and market share in tractor financing.
- Approve and monitor pricing /Fee income/ Cross-sell.
- Identify high-potential rural markets based on Agri patterns, OEM, Dealer, DSA tie-up and market penetration.
- Monitor portfolio health, delinquency, GNPA/NNPA, & Implement early warning systems and proactive risk controls.
- Collaborate with credit /RBSC/CAD for sanctions, disbursals , TAT & deviations.
- Ensure compliance with, RBI guidelines, audit readiness and other regulatory reporting standards.
- Develop team, set performance KPIs and drive a high-performance culture.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for applicants with proven experience in a National or multi-State role in tractor/Agri equipment finance and those who have managed a large team independently.
