Scope of the Role

As a NR Relationship Manager he will be primarily responsible for providing financial solutions to meet the requirements of the NRI customers of the bank. He/She will be responsible for acquisition of new NRI customers through referrals from existing customers,overseas branches, stock brokers, etc .. He/She will be responsible to maintain the existing customer relationship by providing them superior quality services and provide them best investment solutions according to the customer's needs.

Job Description

  • Responsible for driving NR products of the bank to the existing NR customers or to new to bank customers.
  • Will be responsible for new acquisition of NR accounts through referrals from existing customers, stock brokers, overseas branches, etc
  • Responsible for maintaining a close contact with the NR customers through mails or phone calls.
  • Maintain a track record of the customer visit.
  • Should be responsible for customer engagement by cross selling investment products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, etc and Non Investment products like Forex, Remittances, etc.
  • Responsible for reviewing the inflows and outflows of the existing customers.
