Scope of the Role
The NRI Virtual Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients through digital/remote channels. The role involves providing personalized banking, investment, and financial advisory services, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, cross-selling of products, and deepening wallet share while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Job Description
Act as a single point of contact for assigned NRI customers through calls, video conferencing, emails, and digital platforms.
Build, maintain, and deepen client relationships by understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate banking and investment solutions.
Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for savings, deposits, loans, insurance, investment, and wealth products.
Handle service requests, queries, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring superior client experience.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (RBI, FEMA, AML, KYC norms) while dealing with NRI clients.
Work closely with product teams and wealth specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and service targets.
Maintain accurate client records and call reports in CRM systems.
Keep abreast of market trends, NRI regulatory changes, and competitive offerings.
Ideal Candidates
Looking forĀ Candidates with good Communication skill and Experience in Bank or other BFSI sector handling NRIĀ / HNI Clients with good understanding of Banking Products and ability to grow the given Portfolio by building excellent relationship with the NRI Clients
