Scope of the Role
Personal Banker is responsible for both increasing the sales of the branch and handle the branch operations requirements. PB has to acquire new quality accounts for the bank and manage a portfolio of clients, Increase the wallet share by cross selling of other financial products for them. Personal banker should be a point of contact for the walk in customers to address their service needs.
Job Description
· Manage customer relationships to acquire new customers and increase sales revenue.
· Identify cross-selling opportunities for various banking products such as insurance, investment, etc.
· Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the counter.
· Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns promptly.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for candidates with 2 to 7 years of experience in retail branch banking, Candidates with both sales or operations experience can apply for the role preferably they are managing the clients face to face.
