Scope of the Role

The Cluster Head (or Cluster Sales Manager) for Gold Loans is a senior frontline leadership role. You are responsible for driving gold loan portfolio growth, achieving branch revenue targets, and managing team operations across a designated geographic region

Job Description

1. Business & Sales LeadershipPortfolio Growth: Drive and monitor incremental number and value targets for the Gold Loan book across all branches in your cluster.

2Market Expansion: Increase the bank's market share in your assigned catchment areas. Drive open-market sourcing and customer acquisition. 3.Campaigns: Strategize and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) visibility and lead-generation campaigns to create product awareness. 4. Team ManagementPerformance Tracking: Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Branch Managers, Gold Loan Officers, and Sales Executives. 5.Training: Ensure your team is properly trained in product knowledge, gold valuation techniques, and customer relationship management. 6. Portfolio Quality & ComplianceNPAs and Collections: Work alongside the collections team to manage and reduce Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) by actively assisting with delinquent accounts. 7.Risk & Compliance: Ensure all gold loan evaluations, processing, and documentation comply strictly with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Bank policies .8. Operations & Cross-SellingOperations Oversight: Oversee daily branch lending operations, including gold appraisals, secure storage, and loan disbursement.Cross-selling: Ensure cross-sell penetration into the bank's existing liability (Savings/Current Accounts) and fee products.

Ideal Candidates

Candidates with 4 plus years of team handling experience in gold loans from any Banks They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial products and services.
