As a Sales Manager for a Leading Bank, Your role will involve building relationships with clients, providing personalized financial advice, and promoting gold loan services.Role assumes complete ownership of Branch's Gold Loan business and is also responsible for Operational/Hygiene parameters of Gold Loan thereby achieving overall Gold Loan Portfolio growth

  5. As a sales manager should  have extensive knowledge and experience in managing gold loans and can guide clients through the process.
  6. They help clients determine the value of their gold and the amount they can borrow based on the current market value.
  7. Sales Managers also assist clients in completing the necessary paperwork and documentation for the gold loan.
  8. They work closely with clients to understand their repayment capabilities and offer flexible repayment options.
  9. As a sales manager provide guidance on the interest rates and fees associated with gold loans.
