Job Description
Acquire new CASA customers (especially Current Accounts) through field visits, referrals, local campaigns, and open‑market sourcing; target 10–20 accounts/month with focus on high AQB (Average Quarterly Balance) Onboarding Complete KYC documentation, ensure timely account activation, and handover to branch operations Activation & Engagement Drive customer usage (transactions, digital adoption), balance maintenance, and retention; follow up to prevent dormancy Cross‑selling Sell additional products like loans, insurance, mutual funds, cards, trade/FX services to new/existing CASA customers
Ideal Candidates
