Job Description
Client Relationship Management Manage and grow a portfolio of priority clients Build long-term relationships through regular engagement Understand financial goals, income patterns, and risk appetite Wealth Management & Advisory Recommend investment products (mutual funds, bonds, fixed deposits, etc.) Cross-sell insurance and other financial products Provide portfolio review and advisory services Business Development Acquire new priority clients (through referrals, leads, networking) Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) Meet sales and revenue targets Customer Service Excellence Deliver premium service experience Resolve customer queries quickly Conduct periodic financial reviews Compliance & Risk Ensure adherence to KYC and regulatory norms Maintain proper documentation Follow internal compliance policies
Ideal Candidates
Minimum Graduation Minimum 5-6 years of exposure in the Branch Banking domain At least 2-3 years of experience as Senior Relationship Manager Must have had sales experience (liabilities products preferred) Age Limit : 35 - 38 yrs
