Job Description
Role Summary:
- Lead the entire lifecycle of the Loan Against Securities (LAS) product, driving revenue, market share, and customer acquisition through strategic product development, channel management and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Product: Define LAS/LAMF product roadmap, pricing, features, leveraging digital platforms; ensure compliance with RBI norms (LTV ratios).
- Sales & Business Development: Build & manage high-performing sales teams, drive sourcing via DSAs, wealth managers, & partners; achieve disbursement targets.
- Channel Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key partners (Fintechs, Branches, Wealth Managers, stockbrokers).
- Digital & Tech: Champion digital-first processes for onboarding, underwriting, and servicing to enhance customer experience.
- Risk & Operations: Collaborate with credit teams to manage portfolio quality and risk; oversee end-to-end process from sourcing to disbursal.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
