Scope of the Role
Private Wealth is an exclusive program that tailors to bespoke solutions for all financial aspects of Ultra High Net Worth Clients, coupled with expertise on wealth, estate and succession planning and lifestyle needs. The role requires the individual to strengthen the Program/Segment client value proposition to improve the portfolio health, qualification, and wealth penetration of the clients within the Private Banking segment. Additionally, understanding the U-HNI customer segment, consumer insights and the nuances of how the segment operates.
Job Description
Strategic/Managerial Responsibilities
▪ Strengthen the Private bank client value proposition to improve acquisition and retention of clients to grow the portfolio and wallet share. ▪ Onboard and maintain strategic alliances / concierge/ vendors. ▪ Build appropriate campaigns to drive better portfolio growth and penetration. ▪ Build an appropriate lifestyle events calendar. ▪ Establish a marketing and communications calendar.
Core Responsibilities
▪ Responsible for managing the Bank's PRIVATE WEALTH Program initiatives. ▪ Maintain an updated competition benchmarking tracker. ▪ Build campaigns and marketing enablers (brochures, pitchbooks, handbooks) ▪ Track and monitor CVP enablers and event monetization end to end ▪ Ensure CVP is up to market standards. ▪ Building frontline training and senior management presentations. ▪ Track payments to vendors.
People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities
▪ Work with cross functional teams (marketing, legal, compliance, wealth, cards, liability product teams) in the bank for strategic initiatives ▪ Provide frontline training on program initiatives.
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities:
▪ Display exemplary conduct and live by the groups code of conduct. ▪ Maintain a robust governance practice and pre-empt the risks to senior management & relevant stake holders. ▪ Understanding of regulatory / legal landscape related to banking and investment product and process. ▪ Identify and mitigate risks associated with program products and processes. ▪ Adheres to internal and regulatory policies, processes, and systems (operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks)
