The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery, enhancement, and governance of the Bank’s mobile application, ensuring it becomes a leading digital channel for customer engagement. The role will focus on driving mobile-first innovations, ensuring a seamless and secure customer experience, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital banking solutions. We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead the transformation of our mobile banking platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, comprehensive expertise in agile methodologies, and a distinguished track record in overseeing medium to large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the digital banking sector. This individual should excel in fostering collaboration across diverse internal and external stakeholders while seamlessly coordinating efforts with a dynamic, cross-functional PMO team.
Job Description
• Lead the strategic enhancement of the mobile banking platform, ensuring all project objectives align with organizational goals and customer expectations.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure the achievement of critical project milestones.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success while developing contingency plans.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices throughout all project phases.
• Champion an agile and adaptive work environment, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes, implementing changes as necessary to optimize results.

Ideal Candidates
Looking for candidates with 4–5 years' experience in managing medium to large-scale digital transformation projects, preferably within the digital banking domain. Experience working as part of a PMO team is preferred, and prior experience in managing agile pods is also required.
Skills required: Postgraduate or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field with at least 50% marks.
