Project Manager | Product Bundling & Embedded Journeys | A Leading Bank

Scope of the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of product bundling initiatives and embedded journey solutions across business lines. The role focuses on enhancing customer value propositions by seamlessly integrating multiple products and embedding them into customer journeys through digital and physical touchpoints.

Job Description

• Develop strategies for bundling products to meet customer and business needs.

• Coordinate with teams to integrate bundled offerings into digital processes like onboarding and transactions.

• Oversee project delivery from planning to execution.

• Align cross-functional teams for timely, compliant outcomes.

• Use personalisation tools to enhance product recommendations within digital journeys.

• Measure KPIs including product penetration, conversion, and satisfaction.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  1. Program & Project Delivery

    • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of product bundling and embedded journey projects.

    • Ensure timely delivery of initiatives within defined scope, budget, and quality standards.

    • Define clear success metrics and track project outcomes.

  2. Customer Journey Orchestration

    • Map and redesign customer journeys to integrate bundled products and embedded solutions.

    • Partner with UX/UI, digital channels, and process teams to create frictionless experiences.

  3. Stakeholder Management

    • Collaborate with product managers, technology, operations, and distribution channels to align on project requirements.

    • Act as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams.

    • Present project progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.

  4. Innovation & Embedded Finance

    • Identify opportunities for embedded product offerings through ecosystems, partnerships, and APIs.

    • Work with fintech and third-party platforms to enable embedded journeys.

    • Explore new bundling models to improve adoption and customer stickiness.

  5. Risk & Compliance

    • Ensure all projects meet regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards.

    • Implement appropriate governance frameworks to monitor risks and dependencies.

  6. Data-Driven Insights

    • Use analytics to measure customer uptake, usage, and profitability of bundled products.

    • Continuously refine journey design based on insights and feedback.

Ideal Candidates

Looking for candidates with 2–3 years' experience in digital product/project management, ideally in banking or fintech. Knowledge of digital platforms, APIs, CDPs, project management, and agile methods. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; familiarity with digital banking products and regulations.
