Scope of the Role
Manage a unit of Relationship Managers for developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive revenue for the assigned HNI & UHNI Client base Will be Responsible for meeting the unit target of the team with portfolio size of 800 to 1000 crore.
Job Description
- R M Head is responsible for managing the Team, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service to customers.
- R M Head is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention, as well as improving customer satisfaction.
- As a leader R M Head is also involved in decision-making processes for Revenue generation and other strategic initiatives.
- R M Head should manage the team for the overall profitability of the branch.

Candidate should be able to effectively manage a team, build strong relationships with clients, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service . Candidate with good exposure in handling a matured business unit with Banking, securities, wealth management, mutual fund industries.
