Job Description
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the private wealth business within the assigned market or region.
Lead and manage a team of private bankers/relationship managers, ensuring performance targets and service standards are met.
Drive client acquisition and retention of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) individuals.
Oversee delivery of comprehensive wealth solutions including investment management, estate planning, credit, and banking services.
Foster strong internal collaboration across investment, lending, trust, and compliance teams to deliver integrated client experiences.
Identify and capitalize on market trends, competitor activities, and business development opportunities.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management policies, and internal compliance standards.
