Regional Head is responsible in heading the State with a team of Cluster Head's and their Working Capital RM's .RH will be the complete spokesperson for the overall growth and success of the department.
Job Description
* Responsible for driving business development and management of the existing Large Corporate Working Capital portfolio. * Coordinate with the branches, Loan Operation team, and Credit Analyst team. * Ensure compliance with the bank guidelines. * Ensure the best service is being provided to the customers by the Leader and their RM's. * Train & Guide the team to provide the best working capital solutions to the customer, minimizing the TAT.
Ideal Candidates
Looking for a leader with strong knowledge in Business Banking, Working Capital Loans. Should be confident driving Sales team, Loan Operations & Credit Analysis and risk management.
