Scope of the Role
A Regional Lead – Virtual Banking is responsible for driving business growth and customer acquisition through digital and remote banking channels within a defined region. They lead and manage teams of virtual relationship managers to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service. Regional Lead will be responsible to manage a team of 8 to 9 Cluster leads and each cluster leads will be managing a unit of 9 to 10 Virtual relationship Managers.
Job Description
1) Drive the region with the help of 8 to 9 Cluster leads and a unit of close to 100 virtual relationship managers.
2) Achieve the revenue as per the targets assigned ,Oversee customer service quality and ensure a seamless digital experience.
3) Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure productivity goals are met.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
4) Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to stay competitive. Optimise operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
5) Collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams to improve digital offerings.
Ideal Candidates
We are ideally seeking candidates with over 7 years of experience in virtual banking. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing large business units and driving revenue growth. We are open to considering candidates from any location, provided they are willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
