Regional Relationship Manager | Digital Lending & CSM | A Leading Bank

Scope of the Role

Regional Manager is responsible for fostering partner relationship and driving business for digital lending and payments products. Responsible to collaborate with Lending Service Providers, Fintech companies, LSP Aggregators and large corporates to generate business digitally and represent in cross functional meetings.

Job Description

The position will collaborate, manage & grow relationships with PG / Online/Offline Aggregators/ Brands/ LSP’s/ PSPs and fintech partners for business generation. Acquire new partners, drive strategic merchant alliances, and increase volumes for those partners through offers and visibility. Implement pricing strategies and offerings for customers to achieve financial targets of retail assets products, including profitability and revenue growth. Work for mutual growth and profitability and enhancing the banking and embedded finance experience for our customers by way of introducing variety of Asset Products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, legal, compliance and marketing to ensure seamless integration, product launch and postproduction support.

Achieve Business Volumes as defined in the Annual targets for asset products Engage with partners to have attractive scheme and offers in the market to drive spends. Plan and drive special schemes on big sale days. To influence multiple channel & function owners to reach business objectives. To drive weekly update for the key categories for each asset product to relevant stakeholders and partners to meet business objective

Acquire new partners and merchants. Capitalize on partners distribution and banks acquiring distribution to acquire customers. Build depth and width of relationship with every partner To keep engaging with Top merchants of all partners in to ensure that all top partners are enabled and transacting. To drive Activation and stickiness

Engage with Key partners, to identify opportunity on building relationship and business generation. Build and execute a monthly tracker to help reach the desired targets supported with a strong Manufacturer engagement plan backed by MIS reporting etc.

Collaborate with product teams to ensure the BaaS platform meets the evolving needs of clients and partners

Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to meet the BaaS objectives by value adding using digital solutions. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement providing development opportunities to the team 

Ideal Candidates

Looking for candidates with good knowledge in Digital lending, Cash Management Services & B2B Banking Product Sales. Candidates must have the ability to seize opportunity to sell banking products on common digital platform by working in tandem with respective product teams internal to the bank – Product, Car Loans, Credit Cards, Salary Accounts
