Regional Manager | Franchise Management | Broking Firm

Scope of the Role

Regional Manager is responsible to handle the franchise business of a leading broking firm. Acquire new franchises, Manage the existing franchises of the state. Support the franchisees to earn revenue by providing support for acquiring new clients and dealing support for the clients acquired by the franchisees. 

Job Description

  • Handling a team of 30 to 40 Including territory managers, equity dealers, Dealing team leaders, On boarding officers and operations unit.
  • Responsible for the entire P& L of the unit.
  • Responsible to increase the Franchisee base and service the existing base of clients.
  • Recruit and train the relevant staff for various activities.
  • Support the franchisees to onboard new clients, Support for the trade and cross sell other financial products to the customers of franchisees. 

Ideal Candidates

Candidates with at least 8 years of experience in share broking, Needs to hold team handling experience of more than 4 years. People with experience in franchisee management with any broking firm will have high priority for the same.
