Scope of the Role
Responsible for heading multiple States in India [South/North] to manage the Cards & Personal Loans business flow from the bank's subsidiary channel. He will be responsible to the complete P&L.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business volumes in the assigned region by meeting monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
* Build, lead, and develop a team of Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and BDEs.
* Develop and execute strategies for acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-sell opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with internal processes, regulatory norms, and risk guidelines.
* Build strong relationships with branches, zonal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth business flow.
* Analyze regional performance data and implement corrective action plans to improve productivity.
* Drive new initiatives, campaigns, and contests for motivation and performance enhancement.
Ideal Candidates
