Scope of the Role
Responsible for Vendor Empanelment & Management, Real Estate Project/Property Appraisal & Valuation, Compliance with Valuation Guidelines/Process and Development Rules/Regulations of respective location. Manage a team of Technical managers and technical officers spread across multiple states. To manage the real estate valuations and collateral risk of retail mortgage business, technical audits and setting up standard processes and monitor the technical evaluation process in the zone.
Job Description
1) Ensuring compliance with valuation policies, processes and development rules/regulations of assigned region.
2) Work closely with the zonal sales/credit team at hub and develop robust technical evaluation norms.
3) Work closely with the legal counterpart on the technical evaluation front.
4) Develop a deep market intelligence so as to understand its impact upon lending parameters, property valuations and other financial implications.
5) Carry out spot checks on a frequent basis and maintain an MIS related to the technical evaluation.
6) Manage a team of Technical Managers and officers for the proper valuation as per the various business norms.
Ideal Candidates
Ideal candidate should be a B Tech/ BE Civil with at least 5 years plus experience in valuation with any banks are NBFCs ,Preferably with a team handling experience of 2+ years .
