Acquire and manage affluent / retail customer portfolio Drive CASA, Loans, Insurance, and Wealth product sales Achieve individual and branch revenue targets Lead, mentor, and manage RM / sales teams (for BM role) Ensure smooth branch operations and compliance Build strong customer relationships and ensure retention Develop local market connect and generate new business
Ideal Candidates
Experience in Retail / Branch Banking min 2 yrs Exposure to both sales and customer handling Leadership experience preferred for BM-level candidates
