Scope of the Role
As a Relationship Manager for Current Accounts at a Small Finance Bank, you will be the face of the bank for our customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, providing them with the best banking experience. You will be the go-to person for all their banking needs and will be the one to ensure that their banking experience is smooth and hassle-free. You will be the one to make sure that our customers are always satisfied with our services.
Job Description
- Promotes and sells various liability products offered by the bank
- Prospects for new customers through exsiting leads , cold calling etc.
- Maximising lead generation .
- Establishing and maintaing effective relationship with customers .
- Inform customers about the new products .
Ideal Candidates
Candidates who is having experience in current account / Business to Business sales /Aquiring knowledge /Trade and Forex / 3 years of experience in handling current account / good portfolio management / BFSI / Candidates who is well experienced in handling relationship role in any sectors mentioned above.
